ubo produce various grades of perforated stainless steel tubes in 304, 316, 321, 310 and nickel alloys with a dimensional tolerance of +/- 0.015” over a 3 metre length. Perforated tube applications include dye spindles and dye beams, cold pad batch beams, filters and exhaust baffles. We offer a range of perforated tubes in bespoke length and diameter dimensions from a variety of proven materials which can be used for dyeing cotton or fabric within the textile industry, as well as other applications.

We can manufacture perforated stainlesss steel tube solutions with high tolerances and straight or flared ends to allow for unrestricted flow and facilitating flow pressure and temperature measurements. We can guarantee distortion-free products and dimple-free perforations.

Excellent anti-corrosion ability
Perforated tube is made of high quality stainless steel, and has good ability to resist corrosion from acid alkali and salt, and can meet the special requirements of the wells containing H2S CO2, and high cl- . The slot will not get wider after long-term down hole service.
Excellent body strength and anti-deformation ability 
The perforated tube has excellent body strength and anti-deformation ability because of its structure. The filtration jacket is supported by the base pipe, and the strength of the perforated pipe is only 2-3% reduced compared with the API casing or tubing.  Even if there are partial deformation, the slot width will not get wider, and the sand control will be not lost.

Varying perforation patterns and percent open area also allows engineers to achieve desired flow rates and size sorting.
